A splash of KlingTuesday, January 8 2013
History has an uncanny way of repeating itself. Prancing around the streets in some of my recently acquired Kling x Marciano goodies (oh yes, there’s more to come!), I couldn’t help butacknowledge that I was potentially suffering yet again from an acute case of blinded by the label. Evidently, there is no way on earth I would have graced the floors of a Guess store (in-your-face sexy [readborderlinevulgarity]has never been my cup of tea) without the marketing pull of one of the world wide webs’ most loved style icons. Turns out, it truly was a siren call. Once in, I freely succumbed to the offspring of Miz Kling, with no restraint whatsoever. As I came up for air, I wondered for a split second whether I had just been tricked into buying something I did not really want. But all doubts evaporated as soon as I realised that Igenuinelyloved every piece I had brought home. And I haven’t stopped wearing the lot since. Incidently, those boots are the comfiest heels I have ever had the pleasure of strutting around London in. I could almost sing.
